Notice to Deponents and Borrowers of Banka Srpske a.d. Banja Luka on the Appointment of Provisional Administrator

In accordance with Article 108 of the Law on Banks of Republika Srpska (''Official Gazette of Republika Srpska'', no. 44/03, 74/04, 116/11, 05/12 and 59/13), the Banking Agency of Republika Srpska, as an authorized bank supervisor, by its Decision no. 03-1658/2015 issued on 11/11/205, appointed a Provisional Administrator for Banka Srpska a.d. Banja Luka who has undertaken the managing/governing operations of Banka Srpske a.d. Banja Luka starting as of 16/11/2015 for the period of 1 year with a prolongation possibility of 6 months.

Until a different written notice of the Banking Agency of Republika Srpska:

1. all existing obligations towards Banka Srpske a.d. Banja Luka are still in force;
2. all future transactions over Banka Srpske a.d. Banja Luka need to be approved solely by the Provisional Administrator.
